Welcome to my 6-week program! This program is a full support from week 6 after your delivery to week 12. You can also do it several months or years after the birth. Childbirth is not the only reason for a weak pelvic floor ; menopause is an important stage in a woman's life, and these hormonal changes can lead to a weakness of the pelvic floor muscles. This program is progressive and It will help you to have a: - Flatten belly - Stronger core - Less back pain - Improve your pelvic floor function - Feel more self confidence During these six weeks we will build a solid foundation for a strong body. You'll have 5 training a week, starting with simple exercises to help you gradually become stronger in everyday life. For optimum results, it's important that every week there's a workout dedicated to strengthening your abdominal muscles, pelvic floor, glutes, legs and upper body, as well as posture, mobility and stretching. This program is designed to help you respond to the changes during pregnancy, childbirth & hormonal changes by strengthen your core and Pelvic floor and recover safely . I ll guide you to approach core rehab with care to heal and recover properly and " get your body back". All these exercises are adapted to the different problems associated with pregnancy and hormonal changes. Before starting, it is important to know the correct breathing technique. To help you understand and learn before you start, I've prepared a video that you'll find at the beginning of the program.
